Position: Administrative Assistant (Acting)
Number of Vacancies: 1
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract; employment commences based on actual reporting date. The acting period continues until the permanent appointee assumes the position.
Salary: NT$35,192/month (for bachelor’s degree holders, inclusive of personal labor and health insurance contributions)
Responsibilities

Execute tasks assigned by the Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Research & Development, and Counseling Offices.

Manage matters related to evaluations, engineering accreditation, and Higher Education Sprout Program (Teaching Excellence).

Handle student awards, scholarships, and student activity funds.

Process official documents and correspondence.

Plan, coordinate, and execute departmental activities; provide service and communication support for faculty and students.

Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Not a spouse or within three degrees of kinship of any university supervisor.

Bachelor’s degree or higher. Fresh graduates may apply with consent and must provide their diploma before reporting. Current students (including those on leave) are not eligible.

Foreign language communication and writing skills are advantageous.

Proficient in Office software; experience with official document processing is preferred.

Prior experience in university administrative work is preferred.

Responsible, trustworthy, service-oriented, and cooperative.
Selection Process

Stage 1 – Qualification Review: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the next stage.

Stage 2 – Document Preparation Test: Candidates are assessed on official document preparation; work simulation may be included. Also, a Personality and Employment Aptitude Test (~30 minutes) will evaluate job fit.

Stage 3 – Public Interview: Conducted by a selection committee. Selection results will be announced on the unit website after verification of candidates’ compliance with the Sexual Offender Registration system.
