Faculty Evaluation Committee

Purpose

YunTech (hereinafter referred to as “the University”) establishes the Faculty Evaluation Committee in accordance with Article 20 of the University Act and Article 12 of the University’s Organizational Regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

The University’s Faculty Evaluation Committee, in accordance with the University Act, the Teacher Act, the Regulations on the Appointment of Educational Personnel and its enforcement rules, the Regulations for the Qualification Review of Teachers in Colleges and Universities, and the University’s Regulations on Faculty Appointment and Promotion Review, reviews matters related to the appointment, term of service, promotion, suspension, dismissal, reappointment, non-renewal, further studies, academic research, research leave, major rewards and penalties, extension of service, determination of reasons for termination, and other matters that, according to relevant laws and regulations, require review or evaluation for both full-time and part-time faculty members of the University.
