YunTech (hereinafter referred to as “the University”) establishes the Faculty Appeal Review Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) in accordance with the University Act, the Teacher Act, the Ministry of Education’s Regulations on the Organization and Review Guidelines of the Teacher Appeal Review Committee, and Article 12 of the University’s Organizational Regulations. This Committee is established to safeguard faculty rights, promote campus harmony, fulfill educational functions, and handle the review of faculty appeals submitted to the University.
