To ensure fairness, impartiality, and transparency in staff promotion, the University establishes these guidelines in accordance with the Civil Service Promotion Act, the Enforcement Rules of the Civil Service Promotion Act, and the Scoring Criteria for the Promotion of Civil Servants in the Executive Yuan and Its Subordinate Agencies and Public Schools. |

1.Review of performance scores for promotion candidates.
2.Examination of eligibility requirements for transfer candidates. 3.Determination of interview and testing methods. 4.Ranking of promotion candidates. 5.Determination of selection order for transfer candidates. 6.Discussion of matters referred by the University President. 7.Other matters related to staff promotion and selection. |
