YunTech establishes the Counseling Committee in accordance with Article 8 of the Student Counseling Act to safeguard the mental health and holistic development of all faculty, staff, and students, promote life adaptation, enable the realization of personal potential, and enhance self-actualization.

1. Integrate relevant resources across the University and review the implementation of counseling and guidance services.
   
   
2. Review counseling and guidance work plans and budget proposals.
   
   
3. Review the University’s tiered prevention plan for student self-harm.
   
   
4. Review important decisions of the Counseling Center.
   
   
5. Review other matters related to the promotion of counseling and guidance services.
