Recruitment Details

Current students enrolled in their second year or above (including sophomores).
Members of the public with a strong passion for learning support and remedial education.

Elementary school students in Grades 2–6 from economically and culturally disadvantaged backgrounds.
Small-class instruction, with approximately 7–8 students per class.

Provide remedial instruction and learning support, including tutoring in Chinese, English, and Mathematics, as well as homework guidance (complete teaching materials will be provided).
Participate in training programs and work meetings.
Complete weekly teaching reports and other related administrative documentation.

Tutoring Period: March–June, Academic Year 115 (actual class dates will be announced separately).
Location & Subject: Wu-Cuo Elementary School, Xiluo Township — Mathematics
- Tuesday: 16:00–17:30
- Wednesday: 12:30–16:00

Hourly Wage: NT$400 per hour (based on actual working hours; personal contributions to labor and health insurance will be deducted as required).
Insurance Coverage:
- NT$1,000,000 accident insurance
- NT$30,000 medical insurance
Transportation Subsidy: NT$3 per kilometer.

Selected applicants are required to participate in the YongLin Learning Support Teacher Training Program and obtain a completion certificate (39 hours).
Applicants must also be able to attend the pre-semester training for Hope Elementary School tutors (21 hours).
Those who successfully pass the interview and matching process and assume tutoring duties must comply with all responsibilities and regulations outlined in the Tutor Agreement.
Tutors must be willing to accept assigned tutoring locations and receive instructional guidance from the project team.
