1. Eligibility
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or meet the qualifications for admission to a master's program, including:
- Graduates of a three-year junior college with at least two years of work experience after graduation.
- Graduates of a two-year or five-year junior college with at least three years of work experience after graduation.
2. Courses Offered
Each course consists of 18 weeks of instruction. Students who successfully complete a course will receive a Certificate of Academic Credits issued by the University. A passing grade for the Master's Credit Program is 70 points or above.

4. Application Procedure
Applications may be submitted by mail or via email. Please complete the application form in full and submit the following documents. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- Completed application form (including one 2-inch passport-sized photograph) with signature.
- Photocopies of both sides of the applicant's National Identification Card.
- Photocopy of the highest academic qualification certificate (A4 size).
- Proof of payment.

5. Application Deadline
Applications are accepted from now until September 1, 2026. For mailed applications, the postmark date will serve as proof of submission.

Application Fee: NT$300
- The application fee is required for new applicants only and is non-refundable after submission.
