This program aims to strengthen young people’s international entrepreneurial vision and hands-on capabilities, enabling them to grasp global startup trends and gain cross-border market experience.
It seeks to cultivate entrepreneurial talent with international competitiveness, establish long-term collaboration between youth and U.S. venture capital & ecosystem mentors, expand global startup networks, and amplify entrepreneurial influence and visibility.

◎ Eligibility Requirements
Basic Requirements:

Must be a Republic of China (Taiwan) citizen aged 18–30

Language ability: capable of upper-intermediate English communication and adapting to an English-only environment
(recommended: TOEIC 650+ or equivalent proficiency)
Preferred Qualifications — Entrepreneurship Background:
Applicants with one or more of the following will receive priority:

Participation in campus or public startup/innovation competitions, with awards or finalist status

Currently a core member of a startup team (must provide company registration or team profile)

Developing an innovative product/service with a completed MVP or market validation

Academic or practical experience in STEM, design, or business management, with familiarity toward startup accelerators
