Applications must be submitted online by completing the registration form and uploading the required supporting documents.

Eligibility
- Teams must consist of 2 to 5 members.
- Open to current university students and graduates from the past two academic years.
- Interdepartmental and inter-university teams are allowed; no restrictions on discipline, year level, or field of study.
- Each individual may participate in only one team.
- At least one-half of team members must be current students.
Competition Categories
The competition is divided into Domestic Track and International Track.
- Teams registering for the International Track must submit English application documents and an English presentation deck during the preliminary round.
- All final-round presentations and Q&A sessions must be conducted entirely in English.
- Domestic students may also choose to participate in the International Track.
Prize Awards
Domestic Track
- First Place: NT$30,000 and certificate
- Second Place: NT$20,000 and certificate
- Third Place: NT$10,000 and certificate
International Track
- First Place: NT$60,000 and certificate
- Second Place: NT$40,000 and certificate
- Third Place: NT$30,000 and certificate
