“2026 Community Empowerment Incubation Program: Dream-Building Initiative”
Centered on the core principles of “mentorship and capacity building” and “action incubation,” this program supports emerging community practitioners and returning youth through guidance from outstanding community development leaders and teams. It aims to transform local observations and ideas into feasible community action plans, promote intergenerational continuity in community development, and strengthen local civic engagement.
- Eligible applicants include individuals aged 18 or above who are either nationals of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or qualified foreign nationals (excluding those from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau). Applicants may be students or members of the public. Anyone with a passion for local public issues, community development, and cultural initiatives, along with a willingness to put ideas into practice, is encouraged to submit a proposal.
- Applications must be submitted online. The submission period is open from now until May 15, 2026. Applicants who pass both the first and second stages of review may receive a grant of up to NT$60,000. In addition, selected participants will have access to mentorship, interdisciplinary networking opportunities, and成果-sharing activities.
