Administrative Assistant (Substitute Position) – 1 Vacancy
National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Department of Applied Foreign Languages, is recruiting one Administrative Assistant (Substitute Position).
1. Contract Type

Fixed-term contract: From August 1, 2026, to September 3, 2027

Employment will commence from the actual reporting date

The substitute appointment will continue until the incumbent on parental leave (childcare leave) returns to duty, with the expected end date of September 3, 2027
2. Monthly Salary
NTD 35,192 per month (Bachelor’s degree level; including employee contributions to labor and health insurance).
3. Job Responsibilities

Handling official documents related to academic affairs and student affairs (both internal and external)

Undergraduate student affairs management
-
Undergraduate curriculum administration (including course selection matters)

Coordination of faculty appointment, evaluation, and promotion-related matters
-
Secretariat duties for the Department Faculty Evaluation Committee (meetings and minutes)
-
Secretariat duties for the Department Curriculum Committee (meetings and minutes)
-
Secretariat duties for the Internship and Employment Counseling Committee (meetings and minutes)
-
Secretariat duties for Individualized Support Plan meetings for students with disabilities
-
Other ad hoc assignments
