Public Tender Announcement (First Round) for Leasing Retail Space on the 1st Floor of the Intelligent Technology Application Building
Bid Submission Deadline:
All bids must be submitted to the University by 5:00 PM on May 21, 2026. Submissions received after the deadline will be deemed invalid. For in-person delivery, please submit documents to the University’s Document Processing Division.

Site Inspection:
Interested bidders are advised to arrange a site inspection prior to the submission deadline. Please contact Mr. Chuang Bao-Lin, Office of Property Management, Office of General Affairs, at +886-5-534-2601 ext. 2456 during office hours (no later than the day before the submission deadline) to schedule an appointment.

Interested parties may download and print the tender documents independently or obtain them from the Office of Property Management.
Property Overview:
- Total retail area: 284 square meters (approximately 86 ping). The space is licensed for use and allows open-flame cooking.
- The retail area includes a private restroom and a grease trap system.
- The building is located along Provincial Highway No. 3, a key route connecting Douliu City to expressways and major transportation corridors.
- The building is eight stories high, the tallest in the surrounding area. The retail space faces the main road, with an approximate frontage of 33 meters.
- Adjacent to the building are 26 designated parking spaces. Separate access routes may be arranged. The successful bidder may apply to lease these parking spaces from the University if needed.
