Position Title:

Project Assistant (2 positions available)

I. Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in computer-based document processing, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  2. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

  3. Applicants should be responsible, dedicated, and capable of working independently. III. Job Responsibilities

Project Assistant Position 1

A. Higher Education Sprout Project

  1. Track and record performance indicators related to teaching innovation and enhancement.

  2. Track and record performance indicators related to industry collaboration.

  3. Manage budget control and reimbursement processes for assigned project items.

B. Center Operations and Administrative Support

  1. Coordinate EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) project-related matters among participating units.

  2. Monitor and follow up on UCAN completion status across departments.

  3. Handle other tasks assigned by supervisors.

C. Support for Center Initiatives

  1. Assist in planning new faculty activities and classroom observation programs.

  2. Support university-level faculty community initiatives, including recruitment and application processes.

  3. Assist in promoting precision learning programs.


Project Assistant Position 2

A. Higher Education Sprout Project

  1. Track and record performance indicators related to teaching innovation and enhancement.

  2. Track and record performance indicators related to industry collaboration.

  3. Manage budget control and reimbursement processes for assigned project items.

B. Center Operations and Administrative Support

  1. Support the implementation of precision learning programs.

  2. Assist with student after-class tutoring and one-on-one tutoring programs (Teaching Assistant services).

  3. Assist in planning and optimizing the Higher Education Sprout Project system functions, including the achievement management platform.

  4. Handle other tasks assigned by supervisors.

C. Support for Center Initiatives

  1. Establish and maintain a database for international digital teaching materials and teaching practice research records.

  2. Coordinate EMI project-related matters among participating units.

  3. Assist with other project-related tasks assigned by the Center.
