5. Job Responsibilities:
The current duties include, but may be adjusted according to university needs:

International cooperation and exchange development with countries in the Americas, Oceania, Vietnam, Indonesia, Africa, and India; VIP reception; signing MOUs; budget management for official visits.

Matters related to the Taiwan–Southeast and South Asia University Presidents’ Forum (SATU).

Handling inbound international exchange students (e.g., Indonesia IISMA program, TEEP).

Managing dual-degree exchange programs.

Managing Ministry of Education-funded programs for students’ overseas research (e.g., Study Abroad programs).

Matters related to the Taiwan National University System.

Planning international recruitment and promotional strategies (including education fairs and promotional materials).

Verification and maintenance of Mainland China student records.

Reporting to the University Basic Data System.

Health insurance and other insurance for non-local students.

6. Qualifications:
