From March 1st, 2025, certain responsibilities of the Office of Library and Information Services will be adjusted:

1. Matters related to electronic mail will now be overseen by Mr. Wu Shengzhe of the Information Management & Operation Division, extension 2684.

    For issues regarding "forgotten passwords," please first consult Ms. Zhou Jiarong, extension 2686.

2. The access control and card system matters will now be managed by Mr. Guo Enlang of the Information Management & Operation Division, extension 2637.
