Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preliminary planning and office establishment of the Alumni Center
- Establish connections between departmental alumni associations and the university alumni association to promote collaboration
- Support alumni association operations, including communication, event planning, and execution
- Assist in planning alumni-related activities for university anniversary events and alumni merchandise; promote alumni cards and strengthen regional cooperation with partner institutions
- Support general operations of the Alumni Center, including alumni relations and donation-related affairs
- As alumni events are often held on weekends or evenings, the position requires availability for overtime work during these periods
- Assist supervisors with ad hoc assignments

Qualifications
- Must hold at least a bachelor’s degree. NYUST graduates familiar with university administration and departmental structures are preferred
- Current students (including those on leave of absence) are not eligible. Graduating students may apply with approval from the hiring unit, but must complete graduation requirements and submit proof of graduation before appointment
- Responsible, diligent, and of good character, with strong service orientation, communication, coordination skills, and adaptability. Experience in university administration, project management, budgeting, or large-scale event planning is preferred
- Experience in alumni association operations is preferred
- Proficiency in computer operation, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools is required
