⛔ Campus Infectious Disease Reporting ❗

To prevent the spread of infectious diseases on campus, all faculty, staff, and students must report any suspected or confirmed cases of the following illnesses:

⚠️ Influenza A/B
⚠️ COVID-19 (Severe Special Infectious Pneumonia)
⚠️ Dengue Fever
⚠️ Chickenpox
⚠️ Tuberculosis

Please notify the relevant authorities immediately and comply with all preventive measures, including refraining from attending classes or work on campus.
