“Exploring Art in Yunlin” – 2026 Cabin Art Research Association Exhibition

Exhibition Period: June 1 – July 25, 2026
Venue: Yunxiang Hall, Arts Center

“Exploring Art in Yunlin” symbolizes the pursuit and exploration of the limitless possibilities of art and the appreciation of life’s beauty, while inspiring reflection on the future directions of artistic development.

Members of the Cabin Art Research Association come together to appreciate, discuss, and explore art, continually seeking to uncover its depth and richness. Each participating artist’s work reflects their unique life experiences, artistic cultivation, and creative vision. From abstract and realistic expressions to styles that are vibrant, elegant, bold, or delicate, the exhibition showcases a diverse range of artistic approaches and aesthetics. Through artistic creation, the association aims to study, promote, and share the beauty of art.

Since its establishment, the association has been dedicated to artistic dialogue and exchange, embracing a philosophy that values rational inquiry, knowledge, scholarship, and artistic expression in equal measure. Grounded in a commitment to the humanities and the arts, it continues to expand the diverse dimensions of artistic exploration.

This exhibition features the works of artists Chiu Hsiu-Hsia, Huang Yu-Mei, Wang Chin-Hsiu, Sung Shao-Huan, Lee Yu-Mei, Chang Hsiu-Chin, and Yeh Yueh-Kuei. Curated by Professor Chang Hsiu-Chin, a Yunlin native, the exhibition also reflects the association’s efforts to invite fellow artists to visit Yunlin for plein-air painting and cultural exploration. Participants have taken part in the “Following the Artists to Yunlin” sketching program, capturing the region’s landscapes and cultural character through artistic creation.

Through this exhibition, the association warmly invites visitors to join this celebration of art and to experience the meaningful connection between art and everyday life. We hope all visitors will be inspired by the beauty, creativity, and transformative power of art.
