Eligibility

Students aged 35 or below who are currently enrolled in colleges or universities are welcome to apply, including:

• Graduate students

• Undergraduate students

• Students in four-year and two-year technical programs

• Students in two-year junior college programs

• Fourth- and fifth-year students in five-year junior college programs

• Incoming first-year university students (graduating high school seniors)
