The 20th birthday of YunTech was on November, 20th, 2010. People all around came to the university to celebrate the big day. For example, presidents and other important guests from universities of Mainland China and Korea came to Taiwan to join the big event of YunTech. To celebrate the day, several activities were held. The activities included academic exchange activities, exhibitions of the university, performances of the students and exhibition of severeal famous artists of Taiwan. Presidents' Forum was one of the big academic exchange activities. The presidents from Taiwan and Mainland China discussed the future prospects of the academic exchange between Taiwan and the Mainland China. They had a nice discussion among the topic. There will be more academic cooperation between Taiwan and Mainland China. Besides the forum, the students of the university showed their energy to celebrate the birthday of the university. They showed their creativity and set up stalls for others to know their creativity at the center of the university. In addition to the mentioned activities, more and more different ones were held as well. Everyone joining the event had a nice day a felt proud of the university. We believe the future of the university will be bright with the energy of the students and the leading of President Yeong-Bin Yang. |
