Introduction
The Center for Advanced Processing and Analysis (CAPA) was founded in 1996. The CAPA integrates and operates several advanced instruments and equipments in NYUST to support the R&D works for the academic and industrial users in the nearby counties. Furthermore, CAPA provides several training courses and programs on operating those equipment for high-tech industry in the community area in order to promote the ability for the R&D personnel.

To organize the scholars and experts in industrial fields for advancing technical researches, design and resource integration. |

To study and develop precision instrument for advanced research and applications. |

To cultivate professional personnel and promote technologies and technical transfer. |

To provide services on various specimen analysis and micro-electronic manufacturing. |

To integrate precision instrument resources in campus in order to support academic teaching and research works. |

To promote the extension training and education programs. |

To promote the sharing and participating of using advanced instrument center under the support of the National Science Council. |

To promote the integration of the regional resources on advanced instrument. |

To uniform the academic and industrial uses of advanced instrument in NYUST. |
