Department and Task

In order to improve the competitiveness of the industry in Taiwan, and make it to hold a position in the international market, some teachers of Industrial Design Department and Design School in the National Yunlin University of Science & Technology﹙NYUST﹚ make a research to fine a method to assist industry improving their competitiveness and the conclusion is to integrate the professional knowledge of each field of Taiwan Industry. Therefore a service center dealing with these issues needs to be established, in 2004 the model of the Original Creative Center, called O.C.C for short, was founded and started to work in firth, January, 2005. The O.C.C gives fresh impetus to cooperation plan between the industry and school by the motive of assisting product design for the manufacture and attempts on the school honor and developing of the manufacture to create new situation which each side could get its benefits they wanted.
