While preparing your applications to YunTech, please provide the following documents:
 
1.Two copies of the completed application form with 2-inch photos taken within the latest 3 months. (Application forms are available at the OIA office or the OIA website).

2.One photocopy of the most recent certificate/diploma issued by a secondary school or a college/university. If the original diploma is not in English or Chinese, a translation copy notarized by Taipei Economic and Cultural Office or R.O.C. Embassy is required. 

3.One copy of complete transcript of academic records in English or Chinese with the stamp of the original school in a sealed envelope.
  
4.Two letters of recommendation for graduate program applicants only. 
 
5.The study proposal/statement of purpose either in Chinese or in English for graduate program applicants only.
 
6.A copy of Health Certificate from hospital within the past 6 months including HIV  virus blood serum immunity test report. 
 
7.Financial bank statement to prove the financial sufficiency to support the applicant’s study at YunTech.
 
8.Language Proficiency (e.g. TOEFL, TOEIC, HSK, CPT, etc.) if applicable. 
 
9.According to regulation issued by MOE, applicants should provide a certification of valid medical insurance for 4 month starting from the date of entering Taiwan.
 
10.Other application documents are required by individual department or institute. For example, those applying for College of Design need to send portfolio of art works and publications. Thus, contact the department for additional requirements before sending all the application materials to the OIA.
 
11.Application fee NT$600/US$20, to be remitted to YunTech bank account by T/T. The remittance fees should be paid by applicants. Please enclose a copy of Bank Telegram Transfer receipt in the application package. The bank information is provided below.

All the application documents are non-returnable. Please make copies for your own reference if needed.
