Note:

  1. In order to successfully apply, please carefully read through each rule of this guide book.
  2. Documents of the application shall be submitted and postmarked by November 10th (Friday). Applicants who submit their documents in person shall submit their documents by 5 p.m. on November 10th (Friday) to Office of International Affairs. Application received after the deadline will not be processed.
  3. Please make sure that you know every date of the application, or you may be late for the deadlines.
