Department of computer Science and Information Engineering performed well in 2011 International Warsaw Invention Show.

 

Congratulations! Faculty and students won a gold, a silver and a bronze medals in 2011 International Warsaw Invention Show.

 

A gold medal: Emotion Sensing and Adapting Access Control System made by Prof. Chuan-Yu Zhang is to establish an access control system with an emotion sense. When the family members came home, the system can play suitable music in accordance with their feeling and to ease their pressure.

A silver medal: “WebCams Ring and Control System” made by Prof. Qing-Long Zhang is based on SIP and combine with image, wireless internet, ZigBee and smart phone program design to design a WebCams Ring and Control System with the remote appliance control and to provide convenient  life. 
A Bronze medal: “USB code lock” made by Prof. Wen-Feng Wang. The piece of work can store all lock information and can update or download information without internet. It is an invention with real potential.
