The formation of Center for Industry-Academia Collaboration (CIAC) was assisted to the advance of development in economic, and motivated the collaboration of central district of technical and professional institutes in Taiwan.

The main business of CIAC is shown as follows:
1. Founding the database of industry-academia collaboration.
2. Advancing the collaboration of industry-academia.
3. Providing the service of technology.
4. Advertising the collaboration of industry-academia.
5. Administering the achievement of research.
6. Issuing the e-paper of Industry-Academia Collaboration. In the future, CIAC will advance the development of industry-academia collaboration to the better stance.
