Any student team interested in organizing community service activities may submit a proposal, including:

1. Registered student clubs at the university.
2. Student teams consisting of at least five currently enrolled students.

5. Proposal Requirements

Applicants should assess the needs of the social groups or communities they wish to serve and develop feasible service proposals accordingly.

Proposals must focus on rural areas of Yunlin County or disadvantaged groups, such as children and elderly people living alone.

6. Grant Amount

1. Each project may generally receive up to NT$50,000, including tax. For large-scale activities or projects with longer implementation periods, the grant amount may be increased beyond NT$50,000 upon review and approval. The actual grant amount for each project will be adjusted according to the overall available budget; however, the approved grant may not exceed the amount required for implementation of the proposed project.

2. After the project report has been reviewed and approved, the approved grant will be disbursed according to the allocation amount provided by the student team. For registered student clubs, the full grant amount will be transferred to the club's account.
