Tender Submission Deadline

Site Overview

1. The commercial area covers 284 square meters (approximately 86 ping) and is approved for open-flame cooking operations with a valid usage license.
2. The space includes independent restrooms and grease trap facilities.
3. The building is located along Provincial Highway 3 (Tai 3 Line), a key route connecting Douliu City to expressways.
4. The building is 8 stories high and is one of the tallest structures in the surrounding area. The commercial frontage faces the main road with an approximate width of 33 meters.
5. There are 26 dedicated parking spaces adjacent to the building, with the possibility of independent access planning. Successful bidders may negotiate leasing of parking spaces with the university if needed.
