NYUST 115th Graduation Gown Return and Deposit Refund Instructions

Return Schedule

(Closed daily from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch break)

• June 15, 2026 (Monday) 09:00–17:00
• June 16, 2026 (Tuesday) 09:00–17:00
• June 17, 2026 (Wednesday) 09:00–17:00
• June 18, 2026 (Thursday) 09:00–17:00

Late returns will not be eligible for deposit refunds.

Return Procedure

1. Group Return Only (individual returns not accepted)
2. Deposit fees:
   • Bachelor’s gown: NT$800
   • Master’s gown: NT$1,600
3. Gowns must be returned by class representatives
4. Return location: Student Activity Center (1st Floor, GA132, courtyard side entrance)
5. Class representatives are responsible for collecting gowns from classmates and assisting with return procedures.
6. Each set must include: gown, hood (stole), and cap (including tassel)
