Quota: 1 position

Position Title:
□ Administrative Assistant
□ Administrative Assistant (Substitute Position)
□ Contract-Based Assistant
▇ Other: Project Assistant

Contract Type

▇ Fixed-term contract: from June 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026, with employment starting from the actual reporting date.
The substitute position will remain in effect until the original employee returns from parental leave.
□ Indefinite-term contract

Monthly Salary

NT$35,192 per month (Bachelor’s degree level, including employee contributions to labor and health insurance)

Job Responsibilities

  • Implementation of a community service project (including volunteer recruitment and training)
  • Project execution and budget reimbursement processing
  • Compilation and organization of project outcomes and reports
  • Other ad hoc assignments as required

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  3. Ability to independently complete assigned tasks
  4. Responsible, diligent, proactive, and highly cooperative; candidates with a willingness for long-term service are preferred
  5. Willingness to work on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule as required by the project
  6. Background in social work or experience in volunteer management, student organizations, or large-scale event planning is preferred

Additional Notes

  3. Selected candidates who are unable to complete the onboarding process after notification may forfeit their eligibility.
  4. A reserve list of 2–4 times the number of vacancies may be established for replacement purposes.
  5. Compensation, working hours, and other administrative matters will be governed by relevant project regulations.
