1. At least one year of industry-related work experience in the relevant teaching field (with supporting documentation). Exception: full-time faculty employed before the implementation of the Technological and Vocational Education Act are exempt.

2. Course Teaching: Must be able to teach undergraduate core and professional courses; please provide at least two sample syllabi.

3. Research or practical experience in at least one of the following areas: Architectural History and Conservation, Digital Space and Design Computation, Interior Design and Welfare Environment, Urban and Sustainable Environment Studies. Ability to plan and conduct international exchanges, academic seminars, and industry-linked practical teaching activities in relevant fields.

4. Proficiency in teaching in English is required.
