III. Contract Term

IV. Duties and Responsibilities

(A) Primary Responsibilities

The initial duties of this position include the following; responsibilities may be adjusted in accordance with University needs:

  1. Managing matters related to the Higher Education Sprout Project as they pertain to the Language Center.

  2. Administering university-wide foreign language courses, including academic affairs, course registration, and credit transfer processes.

  3. Handling personnel-related affairs.

  4. Managing the Center’s budgeting and accounting matters.

  5. Overseeing procurement, asset management, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.

  6. Updating and maintaining the Center’s website.

  7. Managing data submission to the University’s Institutional Research Database.

  8. Assisting with institutional evaluations, internal control procedures, and the compilation of reports.

  9. Coordinating and organizing Language Center meetings.

  10. Supporting information security and personal data protection initiatives.

(B) Other Duties

Performing additional tasks as assigned.
