The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is now accepting applications for the 2026 “Biomedical and Medical Device Translational Value-Added Talent Training – ANCHOR UNIVERSITY Program.” Interested applicants are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the relevant guidelines.

Faculty members of National Yunlin University of Science and Technology are encouraged to review the program requirements carefully before applying.

1. Implementation Basis

Applications shall follow the NSTC official call for proposals under the ANCHOR UNIVERSITY Program, as outlined on the NSTC Life Sciences Research and Development Department website, as well as the NSTC project implementation guidelines.

• Project start date: August 1, 2026

• Applicants must ensure full compliance with NSTC regulations prior to submission
