3. Job Responsibilities:

  3. Assist in proposal writing, compilation, mid-term reports, and final project reports.

B. Center Operations:

  1. Summer off-campus collaborative learning programs.

  2. Other ad hoc assignments.

C. Supporting Duties:

  1. Assist in statistical analysis of key indicators under the Higher Education Sprout Project.

  2. Other tasks assigned by the Center.


(Position 2 – Project Assistant):
A. Higher Education Sprout Project:

  1. Track and record indicators of teaching innovation and enhancement.

  2. Track and record industry linkage indicators.

  3. Manage budget control and reimbursement processes.

B. Center Operations:

  1. Planning activities for new faculty and teaching observation tasks.

  2. Management of institutional information assets, cybersecurity, personal data protection, and risk assessment.

C. Supporting Duties:

  1. Assist in the development and maintenance of the digital teaching materials and teaching practice research database.

  2. Coordinate EMI (English-Medium Instruction) projects across units.
