Supported by the Cultural Affairs Department of the Yunlin County Government, the Creative Design Talent Development Program is built upon the core values of Creativity × Aesthetics × Practical Application.
The program offers a structured series of courses, workshops, and field visits, guiding participants step by step—from observation and critical thinking to hands-on creation. It aims to cultivate design capabilities that can be applied to daily life, branding, and local practice.
