Participants will be invited to practice communication approaches that foster understanding, healthy boundaries, accountability, and clear expression, enabling relationships that are both comfortable and meaningful.
Key topics include:
- From “compliance” to “understanding”: the real reasons relationships become strained
- Boundaries are not coldness—they are the foundation of mature relationships
- Unclear responsibility leads to confusion: who is responsible for what in relationships?
- You are not unable to communicate—you simply have not been taught effective expression
- When relationships become tense, conflicting, or emotionally charged, the goal is not suppression or escalation, but firm, courageous, and non-aggressive expression—a skill that requires practice
