Position Details

Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  1. Experience in environmental education project implementation; holding an environmental education personnel qualification is preferred. Experience assisting in disaster prevention or emergency management projects is a plus.
  2. Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, highly cooperative, and able to work independently while managing project timelines and solving problems.
  3. Strong logical reasoning and writing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); willingness to learn and apply additional software such as ArcGIS as required.
  4. Experience in project management, event planning, and execution is an advantage. Supporting documents can be submitted with the application.
  5. Hold a valid driver’s license (car/motorcycle) and be skilled in driving; ability to work independently in the field is preferred.
  6. Bachelor’s degree or higher recognized by the Ministry of Education (domestic or international). Current students are not eligible; however, recent graduates may apply with departmental approval. Successful candidates must complete graduation and submit their diploma before employment begins, or the offer will be withdrawn.

Salary

  • Bachelor’s degree or above: NT$35,000–38,000 per month
  • Salary includes personal labor and health insurance contributions

Job Responsibilities

  1. Planning and drafting project materials, administrative coordination, organizing meetings and events, and consolidating project data.
  2. Monitoring project progress, compiling project documents, drafting proposals, and preparing reports.
  3. Assisting with disaster prevention tasks, community resilience activities, volunteer training, environmental education programs, and related government projects, including report preparation.
  4. Travel as required for work, attend relevant meetings and events.
  5. Carry out other project-related or assigned tasks.

Work Location

  • No. 123, Section 3, University Road, Douliu City, Yunlin County (Soil and Water Resources & Disaster Prevention Technology Research Center)
  • Relocation within Taiwan or abroad may be required based on operational needs
